Although the primary role of pathway2netzero is to invest in carbon neutrality businesses, products and/or infrastructure projects our Corporate Management Team, through their years of experience gained in the NetZero Emissions sector, are able to provide the following services to compliment the investment capability.
Carbon Neutrality Business Management Consultancy Services
Similar to the role of bringing investment we would be able to offer the same services for companies that require consultancy services only and who wish to self finance their new business as part of a Group and/or new products and infrastructure projects. This service would typically involve five stages as noted below.

Stage 1 – One day customer workshop to define project brief / deliverables and data gathering

Stage 2 – High level business plan / strategy including presentation

Stage 3 – Produce full business plan including sales and marketing strategy and financial data and attend one day customer workshop.

Stage 4 – Produce and implement a 100 day plan including launch event

Stage 5 – General support and assistance including mentoring new staff etc if required
Carbon Neutrality Research and Development Consultancy Services
We would support businesses or individuals wishing to submit R&D grant applications for services, products and / or infrastructure projects which they are looking to raise funding for and would be happy to explore collaborating as an R&D team member / partner where we can add value to the R&D project.
Carbon Neutrality Government Grant and Loan Applications
We would take the lead or help support government grant and loan applications for businesses wishing to raise working capital via this method rather than the pathway2netzero 3 stage investment approach where equity is given to us by the investors we have vetted.
Carbon Neutrality Public Sector Bid and Support Services
With years of experience writing and submitting tenders for public sector projects and frameworks within the UK, and in particular Scotland, our team would be available to support and guide you through the PQQ and Tender Stages to give you the best chance of success and, where required, attend tender interviews as part of your team and assist with the delivery of the project or framework if successful with your bid.
Carbon Neutrality Private Sector Bid and Support Services
Similar to public sector bid support services we would help in the tender process and, where required, help write capability statements and marketing material to ensure you submit the best technical and financial offer. Again, where applicable and only if we add value we would help in the delivery of the project or framework on a consultancy basis.
